Andrea Maun Dacayanan President

Andrea has over fifteen years of professional experience in the Information Technology industry. She has previously worked as a Sr. Project Manager and Principal Consultant DBA at Fidelity Investments. She spent the last four years at Fidelity Investments Systems Company successfully managing and completing projects that were sent offshore to India and Ireland. Her experience coordinating and managing projects offshore started in 1997 when she was a Senior Consultant at Oracle Corporation. She started her IS career as a Systems Analyst at the Philippine National Oil Company in the Philippines.

Andrea graduated her Master of Business Administration with Highest Honors (3.9/4.0 GPA) from Northeastern University in Boston. She has an undergraduate degree of BS in Computer Science from the University of the Philippines. She is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies.

Andrea currently resides in Bedford, Massachusetts. She enjoys her morning outdoor run with her husband and spending quality time with her two daughters in the evenings.

Anne Farrell Director of Testing and Quality Assurance

Anne manages and directs AGS' testing and QA efforts both in the U.S. and offshore. With over 20 years of QA experience, Anne has served as Sr. Quality Assurance Consultant to companies like Sun, Digital, GTE and Cisco Systems. She has extensive background developing and implementing test and QA procedures; as well as broad exposure to various software delivery methodologies including traditional, prototyping, scrum and agile.

Anne obtained her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.

Anne lives in Bedford, MA. She enjoys her daily walk in the area.

Marife Insigne Mercano Manager of Finance and Human Resources (AGS Philippines Inc.)

With combined financial consultancy and human resources management experience, Marife leads the human resource development and financial aspects in AGS Philippines. In 1991, Marife started her career as an Auditor at SyCip, Gorres, Velayo and Co. (SGV). After working for three years in the top Philippine accounting consultancy firm (SGV), she joined the Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC), where she spent over eleven years as a Human Resource specialist. She has worked on several cycles of planning and budgeting for enterprise compensation & benefit packages at PNOC. Additionally, she has helped with the design and implementation of organizational development plans for the same company. She is a trusted and proven worker in the confidential area of human resource management.

Marife is currently taking her Master of Business Administration at Polytechnic University of the Philippines, where she expects to graduate in 2008. She graduated her Bachelor of Accountancy, Magna Cum Laude, from the same university (PUP). She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines.
